My vegan kick... Recipe: Coconut Scones with glaze
So as those close to me know, I have being trying out healthier options for food lately. Although I still cook meat, I have cut down on red to once a week, sometimes once every two weeks, and am trying to incorporate more vegetarian. So I’ll share some of the recipes I’ve tried so far, much to my delight and those around me. I will confess, I might not go all-vegan just yet, but for now it has been fun trying out recipes, especially these baked goods, which everyone who tasted it, loved.
